A headshot is a method of shooting the head, photographically speaking of course, by a photographer. A headshot session can take place either indoors or outdoors depending on the needs of the actor, dancer, comedian, or other as well as the process and vision of the photographer. The chosen image(s) is then printed onto an 8 by 10 photo paper used to get representation or work. A headshot should be a clear and honest depiction of the face that shows others what you really look like.
