Insanity Before And After (Day 47)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 47 is complete. Today was Max Cardio Conditioning AND... Abs. I actually thought there was a new abs workout for the 2nd months but it turns out that it's the same from month one. That doesn't mean it's easy... It just means that my body has had an experience with it before. So, you might be wondering how I did. Well not bad for someone who was nervous about today. 

I wasn't going scared of the dark nervous or going to see get my prostate nervous... I was nervous like can I keep up nervous. Well in case you doubted me... To all you haters in the world... You were 100% right. I couldn't keep up. This shit is tough and I have morals and values even when I am home alone. I didn't do poorly though.

How do the results look now?
