I plan on starting it in 3 weeks. I am using Insanity for another month to film a review.

I don't think there is something wrong with you but it wasn't my experience. Tell me how you feel in a couple of more days. If you feel that way I would say that you are getting really strong and that might be why you feel less worked. Leave a Reply. |
