Insanity Before And After (Day 6)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 6 is complete. Today I am proud to say I went 28 minutes straight without taking a personal break. However, with less than 13 minutes to go I found myself taking all kinds of breaks. I even had thoughts of calling my accountant to see if he could give me a tax break. All said and done I am happy that I at least pushed through the exercises for nearly half an hour. 

In case you were wondering today's exercise was plyometric cardio circuit. That's the workout that has you doing a circuit of drills and then has you break for 30 seconds. Once you repeat that drill you do it faster than the first time. After 3 sets Shaun T switches it up. 

Tomorrow is a day off. Not because it is Easter but because that is the way the Insanity workout is set up. However I will post a photo just to keep on target. Also below is my starting weight and current weight courtesy of the scale in Jenny Craig. 

How do I look today compared to day 0? I see something happening.

Starting weight 177.8

Current weight 174.8
