Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over
In case you were wondering today's exercise was plyometric cardio circuit. That's the workout that has you doing a circuit of drills and then has you break for 30 seconds. Once you repeat that drill you do it faster than the first time. After 3 sets Shaun T switches it up.
Tomorrow is a day off. Not because it is Easter but because that is the way the Insanity workout is set up. However I will post a photo just to keep on target. Also below is my starting weight and current weight courtesy of the scale in Jenny Craig.
