Insanity Before And After (Day 58)

Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 58 is complete.  Sirena, a viewer of this blog, wrote "You are going to need to complete another round of insanity in order to make that six pack come out. By the way... Boy where is the confidence? I mean it might be the bottom of the ninth inning but I still have 3 strikes before I am out. Actually I have 5 days left to prove to Sirena that my 6 pack will show.  

Can i do it? 

Remember the Boston Yankees playoffs 2004?

Anyway, cardio circuit and max abs combined with 80 degree weather should help get the 6 pack popping.
