Insanity Before And After (Day 54)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 54 is complete.  9 more days. Actually 8 because Sunday is an off day. Today was super easy. Do you want to know why? I am about to turn the road on an idea I have been having and where I want to take my video and blog career. It's really starting to bubble inside of me. So, while I was working out I was also going over all the things that were in my plans. Before I knew it it was all over. 

I just hope I actually worked out and didn't daydream for 59 minutes. If I did I can live with the results.

Can I scream?
