Insanity Before And After (Day 53)

Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 53 is complete.  10 more days. Count them... 1, 2, 3... 10 more days. Ok where the hell is the 6 pack? Looks like I have to go on an all paper napkin and ice cube diet just to finish off the look. If that doesn't work I can always photoshop a 6 pack in... I won't do that because I will feel I lied to myself. I don't mind lying to you but I mind lying to myself. :)

Today was Max Recovery so it was a calmer day for my neighbors. Tomorrow picks up again and then the final week...

How do the results compare today? Will the 6 pack come out in 11 more days?
