Insanity Before And After (Day 50)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 50 is complete.  50 days under the belt. Wow I can't believe it. I have this week and next week and then I am done. Actually I will go into Asylum next round and then into P90X2 but I have to tell you it has been a real fun and tough journey. Today was extremely hard because I had to do my fit test and my regular workout which was Max Interval Circuit which is almost an hour and a half long. 

What also made this really tough today was I had a photo shoot lined up with my good friend Curtis Charles way out in West Bubble F**k Long Island. I parked my car yesterday not realizing that I parked it on the wrong side. This morning, in the pouring rain, I had to go move it. The photo shoot got canceled and I now have to go move the car again. 

At least I didn't have to my kids to daycare. Sorry honey. :)
