Insanity Before And After (Day 48)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 48 is complete. Today is Saturday and the whole family had to leave so I could do my Insanity. Isn't that insane? Luckily for us all it was a cardio core and balance workout. In short that means they only had to leave for 37 minutes. I took a photo, a shower and now I am posting this and they still aren't home. Hmmm...  Anyway, we are off to the zoo for family fun.

Enjoy today because tomorrow... Sorry guys I can't be as deep as I want to be. It's hard being blonde with a 6 pack ready to explode out of me any day now.

Manana is a rest day but I will post a pic with my current weight like always.
