Insanity Before And After (Day 46)

Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 46 is complete. Today was a Max Recovery day so although it's challenging my muscles are screaming thanks. 17 days to go and I will be done with Insanity.  I will look into buying the 3rd month sometime today but before that let me tell you tomorrow should be the hardest day of them all. Why? Because tomorrow is Max Cardio Conditioning AND Abs. 

Yes sir... Tomorrow I will be doing my first ab workout with Insanity since month 2 started. Don't get me wrong this whole workout is about core work and that is why I am shredding fat. However, without the ab work tomorrow's dvd is 59 minutes. I don't even want to know what it is with it.
