Insanity Before And After (Day 45)

Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 45 is complete. I want to see a 6 pack. I guess I got to eat carrots and lint to get that 18 year old stomach back. Will I do it in 2 weeks? I don't know but I do know that there is another round of Insanity that I can do to make it more possible. Anyway, my weight and size is pretty much where I want it but now I am doing a little chiseling to see some better results. 

You know why it isn't there yet? Because I have been eating cake. Yep I said it. Sue me. Look at my stomach and you will see ice cream cake somewhere in there. My mother in laws birthday was last week, mother's day was a few days ago, and yesterday was my step father's birthday. I don't know why I am blaming my step father's birthday. I haven't bought him the cake yet but when I do you will know why I might need that 3rd month.

Max Plyo was today and tougher than ever.
