Insanity Before And After (Day 44)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 44 is complete. My daughter went back to daycare today so I was able to get an early workout in before I started working fo the day. Max Interval Circuit was on the schedule and comes in at 59 minutes. Thank God they don't make it 1hr because that 1 minute just screws me up mentally. I mean I only buy things that are 99 cents and not 1 dollar.

Anyway, can you see the sweat? It's like I was in Bikram Yoga minus the Bikram and the Yoga. I don't know what happened to me but man this is INSANE. 19 more days. I better see a 6 pack soon or I will go to Shaun T's house and... ask him I can water his lawn.
