Insanity Before And After (Day 41)

Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 41 is complete. I had a real duh moment today because I put in the dvd, started the warmup and the stretch and when I was getting ready to do the cycle I thought to myself I just did this disc yesterday. I then switched it to another disc and then realized that I had been right all along so I switched it back to the original dvd. Hey it's tough being blonde.  

Anyway, today was Max Plyo Interval and of course it kicked my ass. I felt strong but that doesn't mean that I was genius at the workout. The good thing is that the results are looking leaner. The bad news is I am done in 22 days. What the hell am I going to do after Insanity? I mean I can do it again but then what?

Anyway again... Happy Pre Mother's Day. Tomorrow I will post a photo with some weight results if Jenny Craig is open. Blonde one up above forgot that there is a possibility that they are closed tomorrow.
