Insanity Before And After (Day 39)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 39. Today was tough but not because the workout was tough. In fact today was a recovery day. It was challenging but very doable considering I feel like jello after all the other workouts. Today I just felt a little bit like pudding which is a stronger consistency than jello. Anyway, today was tough because my son was home due to pink eye. 

Anyway again, like I said today was a recovery day. It was called Max Recovery in case you are writing a book on my blog posts. Tomorrow is back to the craziness. I just hope my son is able to get back to daycare because sneaking around him while I am jumping around with Insanity is quite insane.
