Insanity Before And After (Day 36)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 36 is over and I have never been happier about finishing a workout then today. When round 2 began the time on the disc said 59 minutes. 18 minutes more than the longest disc in round 1. I almost died just seeing the number. However that wasn't the end. After that ended I had to do my 3rd fit test. Why didn't I do the fit test before Max interval training? That was a stupid mistake.

Today kicked my ass. It made me realize that I was a real cry baby in round 1. There were 4 minute drills of more jumping, lunging and working out but this time it was harder and more insane. I have a photo shoot in an hour and I feel like jello. The only reason I don't cancel is because I can't reach the phone. Anyway I am going to stp typin b4 i
