Insanity Before And After (Day 31)

Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 31 is complete. 3 more days left of the cardio recovery (yeah right) and then it's on to round 2. Although I am nervous about the 2nd round I am also looking forward to seeing where I can take the results. I mean if you ask me (who else would you ask) I am pretty happy with the the way I look only 31 days into this workout. Will I be happy in 60?  I would think yes.

So, the results are obvious. All you have to do is put in the work and eat right. For the most part my diet has been great. I do cheat ever so often. On the diet that is. :). 

Well there is not too much more to say as it's the same recovery until next week. So...
