Insanity Before And After (Day 30)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 30 is complete. 30 days are in the bag. Can you see the incredible difference in 30 days? AND... I love seeing the number 30 up there on the right. What a workout this is and I hear next cycle is more insane then what I just did. And beyond that there is another 30 crazy insane days after that but I would have to buy that series. Will I buy it? Probably. This is more fun than working out in a gym. 

Anyway today was day 2 of the 1 week recovery cycle. It was a tad bit easier. However, in case you want to know exactly what a tad is let me break it down for you in Airplane 2 style.
