Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. In addition, I wrote a 2 part review of the program. Both links are below if you want to see my results or read my final thoughts. Below the 2 links are my experiences of Insanity on the specific day that corresponds to the number that is on title of the post above. Enjoy! Jai * Insanity Before And After - Video (46 Sec) * Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over Day 3 of the Insanity before and after daddy transformation is complete. Today was cardio and resistance and I can honestly say I tried to do as much cardio as I could but I am positive I had perfect resistance from the moment I got up this morning until I pushed eject. What makes Insanity tough is that you just keep going and just when you think there is a water break Shaun T does it again. I am not even joking. Now I know why they call it Insanity. Interestingly, once the warm up ends and the stretching is over you only have 21 more minutes of cardio and resistance. Doesn't sound like much but I am hurting good. One challenge I faced today was that I just don't have much speed when it comes to jumping up and then squatting down to the left and then repeating on the right. I felt like I had to go at half the pace of the dvd during that segment just to get the form right. It's not a hard move I just don't have the speed yet. Other than that I did as much as I could and only took about 7 or 8 mini vacations... I mean breaks.
Above is my Insanity before and after day 3 photo and from the looks of it it's safe to say I am still on the before side of the transformation. Let's see what type of Insanity is in store for me tomorrow. Jai Don't forget to check out Things You Should Never Say To Kids.
