Insanity Before And After (Day 27)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity Before And After transformation day 27 is complete. Today is the last day of Insanity disc 1. That means that next week is all about stretching and recovering. I think that is smart because my body is saying to me "hey Jai when are we going to take a vacation." Although I won't be going on vacation anytime soon. I will be recovering my body for the next 7 days and prepare for the REAL INSANITY. 

Today was Cardio Plyometric Circuit training. Phew... Done.
