Insanity Before And After (Day 25)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity Before And After transformation day 25 is complete. Today was light but what good is having a light workout if you are working your ass off working? Say that ten times real fast. So Insanity had me doing a cardio recovery workout and I am happy that it did because I got a day to rest these tired muscles. I tell you one thing... I better get my act together and stop complaining because tomorrow is pure cardio and abs.  

In case you were wondering today was easier. Not easy. Just easier. However before I rap it up I wanted to share with you 3 questions I have gotten over the last month that I think are pretty funny and relevant to this blog.  

1. Why are you wearing a bandaid on Day 0

I cut myself shaving for the daily photos? That's as far as I will go with that one. 

2. Did you get a tan?

No. I adjusted the white balance on my camera. It adds drama.

3. Did you photoshop your body into shape?

Hahahaha. Why didn't I think about that before I decided to go through this painful shit.
