Insanity Before And After (Day 2)

Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation really started today because the Plyometrics cardio circuit was the first work out in the series after yesterday's fit test. I am not going to lie. Today kicked my ass. Shaun T has you doing a set of running, jumping, tucking, shifting, kicking, lunging and everything else ing you can think of and then when the cycle ends DO IT AGAIN FASTER, HIGHER, BIGGER, BETTER... MORE MORE MORE and then guess what DO IT AGAIN! At one point I felt like Rocky in the 15th round.

There was NO BREAK until 3 insane sets later. I mean look at the picture above. I tried my best to at least look alive. I think I accomplished that but death is all I felt. 

Is it hard? Yes. Am I making this up to make you laugh? No, because 1. I don't find me funny either, and 2. It's really really tough. The only reason I am continuing Insanity is because my narcissistic ass posted a half naked picture of myself to announce to the world I was doing this.

Do you see a difference between day 0 and Day 2? I do. I removed the bandaid.
