Insanity Before And After (Day 18)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity Before And After transformation day 18 is complete. Today was another recovery day and boy does my body need it. Having 2 little ones is sometimes more of a workout that I could have imagined. However, the exercises I am doing while daddy sitting them are of poor technique. Having 2 kids jumping all over you while you sit up to throw them in the air and catch them is probably not consistent with the specific genius of Insanity. 

Anyway, today was a fairly easy day so I want to point you to a very important blog post from my regular blog called Husband vs Wife Part 3 Potty Training. If you are a parent read it and let me know your thoughts as I still recover from my 18 days of Insanity. 

By the way how are the results coming along?

Not bad for a 40 year old ex salsa dancer and current daddy of 2 and husband of 1.
