Insanity Before And After (Day 17)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity Before And After transformation day 17 is complete. It's a shame my skin is so pale, I am sensitive to the sun, I hate sand in my toes, my wife would get jealous, my kids would take the attention or I would so start strutting my 40 year old body around the beach. However, I do have some more work to do but the visual results are starting to inspire me to continue with another program once I am done with Insanity. What to do next? 

Today was pure cardio and abs. It was tough but I am hanging in there and taking the necessary breaks that I need. I still eat Jenny and although I don't mind eating cardboard for a meal I think it's helping me more than ever. 

I have a week and a half of this and then there is a cardio recovery week. After that it gets more insane which means that I might one day see my 6 pack abs again. 

Oh how I miss the days in my 20's when I could wake up and eat whatever I wanted and still have room for cheesecake and my pants.
