Insanity Before And After (Day 15)

Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

Insanity is still INSANE! Today I took my second fit test which is day 15 on the calendar. The video is only 8 moves in 20 minutes but it really pushes you to see how fit you are. I did better. Not great but better. My good friend Teddy Garces said I am looking good. I really don't know what he means but I hope he means the work out is doing it's thing for me. I wish he would have just been clear. :)

I got 2 emails from people I know who are going to start Insanity because they are inspired by my blog posts. That is what is all about. Well I guess a little narcissism with some photographic proof of the results and everyone wants to go find their INSANITY within.
