Insanity Before And After (Day 11)

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation Day 11 is complete. Today was cardio recovery and for the most part it was quite easy because instead of jumping around today I was trying to stretch and recover the muscles that are hurting me since my flabby ass started Insanity 11 days ago. 

However my son decided to get sick this morning and stay home so working out with him around me wasn't the easiest thing to do. In fact every 3 or 4 minutes he wanted to play ball in the hallway. At one point I was tempted to toss him in the hallway but he is only 2.5 years old and he is my son so they say... :)

Anyway, all in all today was an easier workout. Tomorrow is back to craziness or shall I say Insanity.

How do I look? Pretty flat if you ask AND WHY CAN'T I JUST COMB MY HAIR BEFORE I TAKE A PHOTO OF MYSELF AND POST IT FOR THE WORLD TO SEE? :)
