Insanity Before And After (Day 1)

Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

Insanity is INSANE! I'd rather have a prostate exam. My toe nails hurt, my hair just took a nap & my saliva is sweating. Imagine I only did the fit test today. What does that mean? It means I was doing max reps for 1 minute for the 8 fit test exercises. From what Shaun T said the real insanity before and after transformation begins tomorrow. Between you & me I don't feel so fit after the fit test and could use a hug from mom. 

It doesn't look like I lost any weight from what I can see but I guess that is why there are 60 days and not just one. Anyway, please leave comments below like "you can do it Jai" and "I would get a tan if I were you" so I can feel some love and support.
