In addition I will post a thorough blog review of the second month of Insanity similar to my review of the first part called Insanity workout review - half way through the pain. Then, I will post a short video of the insanity before and after transformation as well as a video review of my thoughts of the entire workout.
Thank you so much for going on this journey with me. My accountability was you. My inspiration was you. My success... well that was me. :) In case you were wondering I averaged a little over 1000 views for both months, several people started Insanity because of me and the set paid for itself from both ads and affiliates that were on each days post. As for my weight... I went to Jenny Craig today to weigh in... In case you forgot my starting weight 63 days ago was 177.8 pounds. My current weight is... 170.8 Thank you once again. I am starting to see lines for a six pack developing but Sirena you might be right. Either I have to east celery and ice cubes for 48 hours or another round of Insanity will be in the works... I hate being wrong but it's fun to try to be right.
