I used to subscribe to the theory that it's the thought that counts because I was raised to think that very thought. But, one day I realized that I needed to rethink my thinking.
Let's face it... I don't always agree with people's thoughts. And, if they don't think about me the way I think they should think then who the hell thinks that I should be happy with their thoughtfulness around the holidays? Yes, I agree that some people's thoughts are well thought out BUT, those are the thinkers that think like me and put me in a more thoughtful position to think harder about them around the time of year we should really share our thoughtfulness. But for those who don't think like me and share the thoughts I think can't really think of how to show thoughtfulness to a thoughtful person like myself. And for those people I say BULLS*T. It's not the thought that counts because that thought doesn't coincide with my thoughts which ultimately makes me think to say take your unthoughtful thoughts back and do some rethinking. What do you think? Until tomorrow. Jai (headshots NYC - Family Weekend Breaks)
