Asylum Before And After Day 7

My Asylum before and after day 7 transformation is complete. It truly sucks working out in the house when the family is home. I feel guilty taking up common living space. Oh well I still look good. :). Today was strength and I only have bands to do some of the move. After completing today's workout I decided to buy inexpensive weights and step it up a notch. I can't wait to see those results. 

Anyway, 1 week is in the record books. I feel good. I feel strong. I feel sore. :) Asylum is kick A...
