Asylum Before And After Day 24

My Asylum before and after transformation day 24 is complete. 1 week to go and I am home free. So the big question is did I get a 6 pack? Or better said... Will I get a 6 pack by the 30th day? Hmmm.... I have to say if I am to accomplish that goal I am really going to have to buckle down and eat really right. If not then it is that ugly body up above that I am going to have to be forced to live with for the rest of my life. :)
