Asylum Before And After Day 23

My Asylum before and after transformation day 23 is complete. Today was the 3rd time I did GameDay and the 2nd time I had to do Overtime which is the 13 minute craziness that is added on to the first craziness in GameDay. Now to be clear... even though this is a really long workout (75 minutes) it doesn't seem as long as some of the others that are only 45 minutes long. Reason? Each segment is approximately 6 minutes long and just seems to go fast. 

7 days left and then I want my free shirt. :)
