Asylum Before And After Day 16

My Asylum before and after transformation day 16 is complete. In case you forgot what I looked like only 3 months ago. Take a look at the Insanity before and after transformation. Yep that was me before I got my lazy bleep off of who knows what and started getting back into shape. And trust me you don't need magic shakes and formulas to do it. Hard work and a supportive family is all I had. 

Can I get more ripped? Of course... However, all of the pizza and cake that keeps talking to me at my son's friend's birthday parties doesn't help.
