Asylum Before And After Day 12

My Asylum before and after transformation day 12 is complete. Back to core is more like it. After yesterday's game day I am shocked I didn't throw in the towel or throw up. Ok so it wasn't that bad but it was bad enough. Anyway, I feel like today's workout was more in line with my level. However, I am sure Beachbody makes these DVD's so that you can never reach certain goals.

2 more days and a rest day. Man now I am skipping days.
