Asylum Before And After Day 11

My Asylum before and after transformation day 11 is complete. Holy Shhhhhhhhhhh! Today was one of the toughest workouts in my entire life. Let me start by saying when I popped the dvd in I saw the number 60 as in 60 minutes. Then I saw the name GAME DAY. Do you know what game day means? It's the olympics. It's the superbowl.   It's holy shhhhhhhh the cops are chasing after me I better run for it. 

Game day was a B especially if you went for it. I don't know if I went for it or not. I found myself giving myself CPR which leads me to believe I am not an Olympiad, I am not a quarterback and if the cops were running after me I would be in jail with a cellmate named bubba.
