Asylum Before And After Day 10

My Asylum before and after transformation day 10 is complete. 10 full days. Wow. Ok I don't know why I am wowing right now. Truth be told today was a relief day. No I mean that is what it is called. Relief. 23 minutes of good old stretching. I have to be honest I was looking forward to this day. All of this working out is great for my ego and eyesight but tough on my 21 year old body. 25, 30, 35, 36, 37... ok 40 year old body.

I am going to enjoy this moment because tomorrow is Game Day and I hear that is a BITCH with a capital B.
