Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over

My Insanity before and after transformation day 61 is complete.  2 more days. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is it and then it's on to Asylum. Of course I will take a week recovery day which will be more than well deserved but we are down to 2 more days. 1 is an intense workout and the other is the final fit test. Today was a plyo workout which was so so because of some physical pain, age and whining. 
I am starting to see lines for a six pack developing but Sirena you might be right. Either I have to east celery and ice cubes for 48 hours or another round of Insanity will be in the works... I hate being wrong but it's fun to try to be right.

I hope you keep posting your photos when you start doing Asylum. I do want to see that six pack come out. Im looking for some hope for myself. Today will be my 13th day...you haven't mentioned anything if you completed an entire workout without taking breaks,
have you? Im still struggling to do the whole workout. I take some breaks, and if I don't then my repetitions are less. How well did you do month 2?

I will take photos everyday and yes I actually mention it a lot in the first month. The second month I take breaks but just seconds in between. Just enough to catch your breath. If you think month 1 is hard brace yourself. Month 2 is INSANE.
