| My Insanity before and after transformation day 55 will be changed today because a good friend of my wife had a sudden death in his family. He has become a good friend of mine and he has always given amazing gifts to my kids each time he has come over to visit. Because we are heading to the wake and tomorrow is normally a day off I will do today's workout tomorrow and take the day off today out of respect for him. | |
