Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. In addition, I wrote a 2 part review of the program. Both links are below if you want to see my results or read my final thoughts. Below the 2 links are my experiences of Insanity on the specific day that corresponds to the number that is on title of the post above. Enjoy! Jai

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over
| My Insanity Before And After transformation day 26 is complete. This is NUTZ. I haven't looked this good since... since... well since I took this photo a couple of hours ago. Even when I had a 6 pack I don't ever remember having a body this nice. I am not bragging. Yes I am. No I am not. I just can't believe how this Insanity is working. Why did I let the ghostly looking guy with a bandaid on his head stay around so long? :) | |
Now I did do P90X years ago in case you were wondering. AND... I had pretty good results. BUT... my diet SUCKED. Today I can honestly say that eating cardboard flavored Jenny Craig meals daily with this Insanity is making me wish I took it more seriously way back when.
Pure Cardio and abs was on the schedule for today. Yep... It still is kicking my ass. I guess that is why they call it Insanity. Because you have to be insane to think you will do the whole workout without stopping for a few seconds here there and everywhere. :)
So, today was day 26 and I am almost at the half way point. Next week is cardio recovery for the FULL week. That's like a vacation compared. Then apparently this workout gets more insane. If that is true then I should expect to see a Brad Pitt 6 pack in a month from now.
What do you think?
Until tomorrow,
Brad to be Jai
