Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. In addition, I wrote a 2 part review of the program. Both links are below if you want to see my results or read my final thoughts. Below the 2 links are my experiences of Insanity on the specific day that corresponds to the number that is on title of the post above. Enjoy! Jai

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over
| My Insanity Before And After transformation day 22 is complete. I felt all flabby yesterday after having a day off because it was raining all day. We took the kids out in the morning and then didn't take the kids outside the rest of the day so there wasn't as much calorie burning as there would have been had I been doing Insanity with the kids. However, after working out like a pure cardio and ab mad man I no longer feel so flabby. | |
Sirena if you are reading this congratulations on finding this blog and using as inspiration. I think you said you were on day 7. Take a look at where I was on day 7 only 15 days ago. Also, Maurice from Social Hype if you are reading this thanks for checking in. I hope you too are getting the inspiration you need to get back into shape. :)
Like I said above today was PURE CARDIO AND ABS and I have to be honest. I didn't know which workout I was doing today until I looked on the calendar. Once I read what was on the schedule for Insanity I said to myself OH SH*T! Today is hard. 22 days later and today is just EFFING hard. There is a point in the video where Shaun T says to the camera I need to take a break. That's how tough it is...
How does the Insanity before and after transformation look after 22 days?
Let me know your thoughts and if you need some inspiration because I get inspired by inspiring.
Until tomorrow,
Jai
