Update. Welcome! Thanks for visiting this page. I completed Insanity on June 03, 2012 and have since posted a 46 second video of my transformation. Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over
My Insanity before and after transformation day 63 is complete. I AM OFFICIALLY DONE!!! 63 days of an insane workout. I am not going to lie. I am a little sad but very very happy. Why am I sad? Because it's over. Why am I very very happy? Because I totally changed my body in 63 days. From here I will continue with Insanity for another week to do some filming for a video review and then I will be on to Asylum. 
In addition I will post a thorough blog review of the second month of Insanity similar to my review of the first part called Insanity workout review - half way through the pain. Then, I will post a short video of the insanity before and after transformation as well as a video review of my thoughts of the entire workout. 

Thank you so much for going on this journey with me. My accountability was you. My inspiration was you. My success... well that was me. :) 

In case you were wondering I averaged a little over 1000 views for both months, several people started Insanity because of me and the set paid for itself from both ads and affiliates that were on each days post. 

As for my weight...

I went to Jenny Craig today to weigh in... In case you forgot my starting weight 63 days ago was 177.8 pounds. 

My current weight is...

170.8

Insanity Workout Review - The Pain Is Over
My Insanity before and after transformation day 62 is complete. 1 more day left. Today was my last workout so the only thing I need to complete is the fit test. Today was cardio conditioning and abs and boy I still feel it even though I have done the whole program. 


Keep going Sirena. You might not see a complete 6 pack but you can tell they are dying to come out.
Until Tomorrow, when I explain where I go from here.

My Insanity before and after transformation day 61 is complete.  2 more days. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is it and then it's on to Asylum. Of course I will take a week recovery day which will be more than well deserved but we are down to 2 more days. 1 is an intense workout and the other is the final fit test. Today was a plyo workout which was so so because of some physical pain, age and whining. 
I am starting to see lines for a six pack developing but Sirena you might be right. Either I have to east celery and ice cubes for 48 hours or another round of Insanity will be in the works... I hate being wrong but it's fun to try to be right.
